RAMALLAH, (PIC)– Asma’ Hamed, the wife of Ibarahim Hamed, a Hamas leader who is imprisoned in occupation jails said that the occupation prison authority has moved her husband on Wednesday from his isolation cell in Hasharon prison in northern Palestine to another occupation jail that the family does not yet know.

Hamed said that she did not know to which prison her husband was moved and that his lawyer could not see him before he was moved by the occupation prison authority.

Hamed has been detained in isolation since May 2006 despite the fact that the occupation’s courts could not find him guilty of killing Israelis during the Aqsa intifada which started in September 2000.

Hamed is subjected to extreme measures in occupation jails where he is allowed no contact whatsoever with other captives and is allowed one hour stroll time every day with his feet shackled. He is denied books of any sort not even through the Red Cross.
