We were thousands

Khaled Haber composed this song for youngs tried to cut the zionist siege that was deviding the village Arnoun(South of Lebanon) into 2 parts, 12 years ago.
This song is convenient for the event of yesterday ... You have just  to replace Arnoun by Palestine to get the picture. There is one difference: Arnoun is now free, Palestine WILL  be free.
Homage to martyrs & injured people... I'm sure that at that moment they didn't care of politic issues because they got their objectives: they frightened the zionists & insisted on their right of return.

The song english Lyrics

We were thousands, We walked towards the siege's wires
We were claiming our freedom or being shot by their bullets
We crossed paths, we arrived to the South,
the voices of people were calling us,
we reached our dream with the sounds of our songs

We arrived to Arnoun,
people were with us by hearts,
we penetrated into Arnoun,
we weren't afraid,
we didn't go back
Arnoun was for us the words, the music & the meaning ...
