Zionist Court refuses to release an elderly captive women, despite deteriorating health condition

Zionist military court extended the detention of the captive Salwa Hassan Abdul-Aziz City of Alkhaliln despite suffering from numerous diseases and mental disorders, and refused to release it at the request of the lawyer.

The President of the Foundation, "Mandela" lawyer Buthaina Duqmaq in a press statement following the visit of the captive that her health is very bad, and refuses to prison management treatment, although complications experienced by, and quoted a captive, they suffer from diseases chronic multiple Karomatzm and the lack of lime and pressure, and others.

She pointed out that the captive Duqmaq aged 55 years were submitted to this day for 16 military court, and although the court recognizes the medical reports confirm the extent of her suffering and the impact of detention upon especially in light of the neglect of treatment, they refused to release it.

The Duqmaq that the court did not take into account the fact that the Court captive elderly and circumstances that require health care and continued treatment in each trial extended her arrest, and requested the prosecution actual prison sentence for a period of 30 months for her.

محكمة صهيونية ترفض الإفراج عن أسيرة مسنّة رغم تدهور حالتها الصحية

مددت المحكمة العسكرية الصهيونية اعتقال الأسيرة سلوى عبد العزيز حسان من مدينة الخليلن رغم معاناتها من أمراض عديدة واضطرابات نفسية، ورفضت الإفراج عنها بناء على طلب المحامي.

وقالت رئيسة مؤسسة "مانديلا" المحامية بثينة دقماق في تصريحات صحفية عقب زيارة الأسيرة إن حالتها الصحية سيئة جداً، وترفض إدارة السجون علاجها رغم المضاعفات التي تعانيها، ونقلت عن الأسيرة أنها تعاني من مراض مزمنة عدة كالروماتزم ونقص الكلس والضغط، وغيرها.

وأشارت دقماق إلى أن الأسيرة البالغة من العمر 55 عاما جرى تقديمها حتى اليوم لـ16 محكمة عسكرية، ورغم تسلم المحكمة تقارير طبية تؤكد مدى معاناتها وتأثير الاعتقال عليها خاصة في ظل إهمال علاجها فإنها رفضت الإفراج عنها.

وأشارت دقماق إلى أن المحكمة لم تراعي المحكمة كون الأسيرة مسنة وظروفها التي تستلزم رعاية صحية وعلاج مستمر وفي كل محاكمة تمدد توقيفها، وطلبت النيابة حكما بالسجن الفعلي لمدة 30 شهرا لها.
